Arcday ("we", "our", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data on the Arcday mobile app and on this website (arcday.app).

Data Storage (Mobile App)

All your data created in the mobile app — habits, tasks, settings — is stored locally on your device. The app itself contains no analytics or tracking SDKs and does not transmit personal data to our servers.

Website Analytics

On this website (arcday.app) we use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4"), provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors interact with our pages and to improve them. Analytics requests are routed server-side through Cloudflare Zaraz, so no third-party tracking scripts run in your browser. GA4 processes a pseudonymous Client ID stored in cookies (_ga, _ga_*), a truncated IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view, and the referring URL. This processing is based on your prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which we request via our cookie banner — you can withdraw it at any time from the same banner with no effect on the lawfulness of prior processing. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. You can also opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Third-Party Services

The mobile app is distributed via Google Play; Google may collect data as described in its own privacy policy. The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection metadata (IP, user agent) to provide security, caching, and the Zaraz analytics proxy. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Permissions

The mobile app may request permission to send notifications for habit reminders. No other device permissions are required.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
